Magic Band**, Water-Work, and Brian's Drinking Logic**

Night of: July 13
People Invovled: my mom, Neal, Rachel Thompson, Brian Foster, Mark Dearden, Steve Schner, Dustin G., Brian Leobe, Jessi Rickmers, Barney McGrane, Kyle, Brian
Number of Dreams Remembered: 3
**Special: Out-of-Body view, recurring theme

My mom was forcing me to see a movie by myself. I asked Neal for directions to the movie theater, and he told me them, but I was retarded and couldn't remember them, and didn't think of writing them down. I remember thinking that it was a right on Cabot and a left on La Paz Rd... but that's it. This somehow turned into a surprise for me: it must've been my birthday or something, 'cause my family, and a ton of relatives I didn't know were going to together in a gigantic limousine to see the movie.
When everyone was in the limo, the perspective of my dream changed to bird's eye, and I was out of body. It was like playing--yep, you guessed it--GTA. While seeing the limousine move, my mom explained that it's the size of 14 cars. When she said that, the limo turned from being long, to short and really wide... and I could see the 14 cars that made it up. That probably makes no sense, but it's perfectly clear in my mind.
We ended up going to a concert, not a movie. It was a small theater with a low stage. The band started playing, but made it way more fun to watch by doing tricks--like spinning around in balls while playing and performing magic. Rachel (supervisor at work) told me that the band name was "Sorbit" and that they were an "Action-Band" kind of like "Plan B" (that's the name of Phil's old band).
I was a little jealous that I hadn't thought of the idea of mixing magic with music (ironic, I know), and thought about joining the band somehow. Just then, I realized that there were like 30 people already in the band, and a ton of them were from my high school. I recognized Brian Foster, Mark, Steve, and Dustin. There were also many people in the crowd that I know, or used to know, including Brian Leobe (my best friend in elementary school) and Jessi Rickmers (from Buddha-camp). I hugged Jessi and put my arm around her.

In Retrospect: I woke up realizing that the magic-band was my idea, and that it was the best idea ever. As time went on, I realized that it wasn't that great of an idea, but still kind of cool.
-----
I was on a school trip with Barney McGrane (buddha-camp professor) and Kyle, with a bunch of other people that I don't know. Kyle and I were on a water ride with inner tubes, and as we went down the ride, we had to approve allocations. I didn't think it was a good idea to approve them so quickly without looking them over, but Kyle just approved all of them as fast as possible. When the ride was over, we went back to our rooms, and I told Kyle that I thought it would be a good idea to go on the computer and unapprove them. Some people showed me how, so we unapproved the allocations.

In retrospect: I have no idea what the water rides were all about, but the rest is all about my job.
-----
Brian was over at my apartment and said, "Alright... Let's start drinking 'cause I know I'm going to eventually anyway." I was surprised.

In retrospect: This is officially a recurring theme. Work is also a recurring theme, but that's broad. This isn't.
