What Does Magic Mountain Have To Do With School?
I went back to CSULB to visit my friend Shelly (from NM) who lived in the dorms. There was a new girl there who Shelly didn't seem to like. She seemed pretty excited about everything, especially the food. I told her not to get too excited about the food because i was the only one who seemed to really like it. Shelly's roommate interrupted and held up her cup of Nacho Cheese. "Oh yeah, SHE likes it too because she likes the nacho cheese," i said...apparently knowing her. I went on to tell them that Crispitos was my favorite meal. Shelly's roommate pointed out that that WAS what they had today (not as odd of a coincidence now that i know it was a dream). I told Shelly to let me know next time they have Crispitos, and i'd come up to join them for lunch. I think there was a little more conflict between Shelly and the new girl, but i don't really remember anything else.
I decided to go out for a walk. I walked to San Clemente High School, but as i got close, i saw Scott Watson in the back seat of a car getting pretty..."physical" with his girlfriend. I was shocked, and couldn't turn away. I think scott caught me looking, and then it got REALLY physical; i decided he was playing a joke on me, so i just turned away and started walking in a different direction. The car followed me, and i could hear Scott directing the driver to go toward me. The car then plowed over a double-curb...divider thing and stopped right in front of me. I wanted to say, "wow, scott, and you weren't even DRIVING that time!" (He's had a couple minor accidents recently), but i didn't. I recognized the driver of the car from an earlier dream, but i don't remember who she was (except that she was hot). Scott and his girlfriend followed me around the school for a while (which was really weird because we were walking through people's houses and stuff). The only other thing i remember is Scott trying to hump some random girl.
I was at Six Flags: Magic Mountain with my mom and dad, and i hadn't been there in YEARS. My dad and i were really excited to get on Viper first because that was always our favorite ride. We got in line for the front seat, and the first clue that something was wrong went unnoticed: the ride was not on a roller coaster track; it was just on a slick-track, like something you would race Go-Karts on, except where it stopped, it was on a pretty steep decline like a soap box derby track. I was worried because there were a bunch of small children running around the track, and i thought one of them was gonna get hit. When we got on the ride, the second clue that something was wrong went slightly less unnoticed. There were no head restraints. i pointed this out to my dad, and he assured me that there were never any head restraints, and everything was ok. However, not only were there no head restraints, but there were no waist restrainta either. All we had were little handles to hold onto on either side. Also, we had to hold ourselves in place while everyone was getting on the ride so we wouldn't roll away. After the ride started, my dad "missed" the first turn, and i told him i would take over steering. I hit a narrow bridge, and the cart fell off, but we bailed before it did. This left us in a children's playground type place. Basically, we had to jump down and walk back. As we were walking back, we decided that when we found my mom, we would go demand our money back and leave, and we'd tell them we'd come back when they fix Viper to be the way it used to be. However, some weird homeless guy started trying to talk to me, and he followed me. My dad started running, and i couldn't keep up. When the guy got close to me, i tried to yell, but nothing came out. I flashed ahead, and i believe i was talking to my dad on AIM, and he kept sending me long rants that looked similar to what the homeless guy was babbling about. I decided that my dad and the homeless guy both went crazy because of the whole Viper thing. I thought it would be cool if the ride got fixed, and then i could take not only my dad, but the homeless guy on it too, and then everything would be back to normal.

1 Comments:
Shelly does not actually go to CSULB. She goes to NM State.
This was the first dad dream i've had in a while, and there was no awkward...trying to figure out what was going on. It was just...normal to me.
