Happle Halloween/How Do You Like Them Halloweens

I was hosting a haunted house in Laguna Hills, but the floor plan was much different. The whole bottom level was being used for the haunted house, and allowed people to choose which way they walked. Brian found this amazing (the fact that we used the whole bottom floor, not that people could choose).
The largest room had a "who can put the most apples in their mouth" contest going on for some reason. Amy had put about 37 in her mouth, which was more than anyone else. I got to about 7, and realized that my saliva/the movement of apples in my mouth was breaking them down, making more space, so I asked Eric, "Apples have sucrose, so the saliva breaks it down, right?" and he didn't give me a straight answer.

In Retrospect: The only thing I can think of that has anything do to do with this is that I watched "The Office" episode with the hot dog eating contest last night.
