Random People Everywhere

Marissa = My best friend from when I was 2 until about 14
Miss Paddock = My immensly fat sixth-grade teacher
Kristin = annoying person from high school
Charlie = half-japanese guy from SC who acts like he's hispanic
Yo-Hey = another half-japanese guy from SC who acts like he's hispanic, Charlie's friend

I was at Marissa's house and it was her birthday so I was going to spend the night there. That night we had a party, and all I really remember are Charlie and Yo-Hey being there, and everyone was very drunk. There was something about a car, and I think someone barfed.
The next morning I wolk up at Marissa's and she was acting kind of pissed off at me. I started making breakfast in her kitchen. After I had cooked and eaten my breakfast, I started to heat up some lunch for myself ahead of time. My lunch consisted of minestrone soup and some sort of thick yellow drink, both of which were in glass bowls. I took the soup and drink off of the stove and put them on the counter, but they both continued to simmer just by being on the tile. I covered both of them with suran wrap and kind of stared in confusion about how the tile was heating my food. Then I realized that it was stupid of me to start making lunch right now because I wasn't going to be hungry for a long time.
So I went in to Marissa's room to talk to her, and was starting to feel very awkward because she was so pissed off at me. Also, I was starting to seriously regret making lunch because I would probably end up going home before I ate it. I noticed that she had cleaned her room this morning. I wanted to ask her why she was upset but I don't think I ever did.
Later on in the day I was walking around on this lawn. I had on a mask/glasses, that was a clear plastic thing that went over my eyes and had fake flowers glued all over it. It was strapped to my head and I was walking around wearing it and thought I was really funny. I walked by Charlie and Yo-Hey who were confused and kind of amused by my behavior. I sat down on the lawn to talk to someone, maybe Marissa.
Marissa and I got on a shuttle from UCI that took us to the airport to go to New Zealand. I got there and put my bag through security as a carry-on and sat down in front of the security checkpoint to wait with the rest of my group. One of the people going was Kristin and we were sitting there talking. I realized I should have checked my bag because it was so big, but decided I would wait to do it. I then realized that I had forgotten my CD player, my CDs, and my cell phone charger. I was devestated that I would not have my CDs for a whole month, and asked Kristin if I could go get her CDs from her car. She said I could, and told me her car was in the back and to the right of the parking lot. So I set off to find her car, then realized I had no idea what it looked like, nor did I have the key to open it. I got really upset, and found a woman in the parking lot and asked to use her cell-phone so I could call my mom. I told her it was in emergency, then realized it really wasn't, but I took her phone anyway. I was trying to dial the numbers and they wouldn't work or I would keep putting it in wrong. So I just got really freaked out and upset and gave the woman her phone back and went back inside. When I got there, I saw that everyone was beggining to go through security to wait at the gate. I called my mom and asked her to bring the things I forgot to the airport. She said she would but was being really slow about it, and didn't seem to understand the urgency of the situation. I told her I was at gate 41 at John Wayne airport, and begged her to hurry. As I was sitting there waiting I saw Theo and other people I knew from school in the group to go on the trip. I also noticed that while I had been gone, Theo and other people had put a bunch of ringtones on my phone. Then I saw Miss Paddock standing next to me wearing an apron and chopping onions. She was saying how she couldn't believe I had forgotten those things and now I was in danger of missing my flight.

It was really wierd that in this dream there were so many random, un-related people from different parts of my life. And I'm kind of bummed because this marks the beggining of what I'm sure will be a number of anxious dreams about New Zealand.
