Some guy had purchased a house for $40,000 down. I thought to myself, "Man, I should do that with the money I save from working!"
In retrospect: I was watching House before going to bed the night before. Coincidence? That's a long shot. I've also been reading a book about purchasing properties, but the last time I read some of it was over a week ago.

heh. When i saw the title, i immediately thought it was gonna be about House MD, and then i was surprised when i started reading it and it wasn't, but then you brought it right back around with the retrospect. good stuff.
