Pepsi Guitar

I was in a theater watching a movie that turned into a play at some point. I was irritated the whole time because i thing they "forgot" to turn off the lights in the theater, so the house lights were on during the show which made no sense to me. I saw my mom walk by, and then some strange man sat next to me. He noticed a small guitar filled with Pepsi underneath his chair and asked me if he could have it. I said, "sure, knock yourself out, but i'm not sure if you can trust that Pepsi. I THINK it's from today, but i'm not sure." The guy smelled it and said he thought it was from two weeks ago. This didn't stop him from tasting it and confirming his suspicions. THAT didn't stop him from drinking some more, but he didn't drink too much of it before he gave up on it. He then decided he was going to make a puzzle or something out of it, and he started putting different kinds of blocks inside it with the pepsi still inside. That's all i remember.

At first, i thought this dream was COMPLETELY nonsensical...and it was, but i actually know why i dreamt certain parts. The problem with the lights is definitely because i was taking a nap after going to a little training session on the lights at the church. The smelling and tasting of the two-week-old pepsi had to do with being at Justin's last night while they were mixing drinks and deciding that certain things in their repertoire were bad and had to be poured down the sink.

Yeah, when the smelling was happening in the dream, it reminded me of you saying that the lemonade was still good since it was from only two weeks ago or whatever.

Oh yeah...now that you mention it, i think i may have actually made that connection with the lemonade during the dream, but the lemonade was two months, not two weeks. Of course, the lemonade was capped in the refrigerator for 2 months, so i'm sure it was in MUCH better shape than the pepsi that was sitting out IN A GUITAR for 2 weeks.
I've had a pretty good week for dreams. I'm pleased with my subconscious.
